About the role

Installation, configuring and maintaining of Servers, PC, Notebook, Mac, Printers of our maintenance customers. Installation and configuring of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Acronis Cloud and Sophos Cloud Service.

Key responsibilities

Installation, configuring and maintaining of Servers, PC, Notebook, Mac, Printers of our maintenance customers
Installation and configuring of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Acronis Cloud and Sophos Cloud Service
Troubleshooting of system issues

About you

At least ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field
Able to work in a System Integration (SI) environment
Competent in Microsoft Windows Server Operating System, TCP/IP, DNS, and troubleshooting of system issues
MCSE and Virtualization experience will have an added advantage
