Location: Singapore

Contract: Full Time

Shifts: Rotate Shift - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm or 3pm to 12am (exact timing to be confirmed)

Work model: Fully onsite

Purpose of role

The Designer is responsible for develop a range of designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, presentations, brochures, and more. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for creating visually aesthetic designs that communicate our message and values to our clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepares preliminary designs / sketches for concept / proposal and recommends modifications as appropriate
  • Collaborate with our users to understand design needs and develop creative visual design solutions
  • Design & production of PowerPoint presentations, financial statements, legal documents, proposals, questionnaires, letters, schedules, labels, tab masters, spreadsheets, various marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, invites etc.), as well as creation of eDMs and simple charting
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with other Designers under the guidance of Project Manager
  • Design and produce high-quality visual content for a variety of digital and print media, including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, presentations, brochures, infographics, and more
  • Ensure that all designs align with our brand guidelines and communicate message and objectives effectively
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, effectively manage time to meet deadlines
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge of design processes, trends, tools, and techniques

Personal attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a senior position
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign. Any other design software experience is a plus
  • Proven design experience with digital and print marketing materials
  • Familiarity with design trends relating to brand identity, color theory, fonts, and typography
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as part of an in-house design team
  • Attention to detail with a keen eye for detail and can produce high-quality designs that are accurate, consistent, and on-brand
  • Communication skills: Ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, turning ideas and suggestions into strong visual concepts
  • Time management skills to effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and can adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • Can adapt to a fast-paced and evolving banking industry landscape
  • Knowledge of investment banking compliance and policies would be an advantage
  • Working hour: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm or 3pm to 12am (exact timing to be confirmed)
  • Willing to work Overtime
