Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support our Marketing and Business Development team. This role focuses on producing clear, high quality visual materials that communicate complex design ideas with precision and consistency across all brand collaterals.
KeyResponsibilities
- Develop and maintain company portfolios, brand documents and designer CVs
- Organise and manage project photography, including basic editing and curation
- Produce marketing and social media materials aligned with the studio's positioning
- Create clear, well-structured graphics for client presentations and business development proposals
- Ensure consistency across all brand and visual outputs
- Support the organisation of templates, image libraries and internal design assets
- Collaborate with design teams, project leads and external partners
- Maintain a high level of accuracy through detailed quality control
Requirements
- Degree or qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within architecture, design or consultancy environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
- Ability to translate direction into clear and considered design outcomes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working both independently and within a team
