At The Hour Glass, our mission is to be the watch world's leading cultural retail enterprise, relentlessly advancing watch culture. We are seeking a versatile and inspired Designer to elevate our brands and corporate identity across digital and print platforms. You will play a key role in translating brand stories into impactful visuals that enhance communication and client engagement across our diverse portfolio of maisons. This is a sole-contributor role.
What You Will Do
You will bring ideas to life across digital, print and experiential touchpoints, including:
1. Digital design
- Create digital assets/ interface design for websites, digital campaigns and social channels, including banners, animations, GIFs and light video content.
- Conduct image retouching and basic video editing.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and strong brand alignment across all deliverables.
2. Print and brand collateral
- Design invitations, greetings, red packets, menus, brochures, posters and other client-facing materials for engagement programmes and retail environments.
- Develop elevated concepts for print advertising aligned with each brand's visual codes.
- Liaise with printers and external vendors on artwork specifications, sampling and production; apply knowledge of premium print techniques.
3. Photoshoot and creative development
- Support in-house photoshoots through mood boards, styling concepts and creative direction.
- Contribute ideas that strengthen visual storytelling across campaigns and brand initiatives.
4. Corporate visual identity
- Safeguard and evolve the company's corporate visual identity, enriching guidelines in line with strategic developments.
- Pitch creative concepts for new corporate projects, drawing on strong aesthetic sensibility and awareness of graphic design trends.
You will also provide on-site creative support during events and ad-hoc projects as required.
What You Bring
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a branded environment or creative agency in a senior position.
- Familiar with both digital and offline production of marketing collaterals.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects and Premiere Pro are an advantage.
- Solid understanding of digital campaign requirements and print production workflows.
- Technical proficiency in preparing artwork for both print (PDF) and digital formats (PNG/JPEG).
- Comfortable in liaising directly with senior management.
- Experience working with printers or external agencies is preferred.
- Fine aesthetic judgement, strong attention to detail and genuine passion for branding and graphic design.
- Highly organised, adaptable and confident managing multiple deadlines.
- Able to work well independently.
- Collaborative mindset, clear communication style and a positive, proactive approach.
A portfolio demonstrating your creative range is required.
