Role Description
A UI/UX Researcher / Interaction Designer / Visual Designer focuses on creating engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. This role combines user research, interaction design, and visual design to ensure products are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications
- Develop visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to implement designs
- Gather feedback and iterate designs based on user insights and testing
- Maintain design systems and documentation for consistency across platforms
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field
- 26 years of experience in UI/UX design, interaction design, or visual design
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction principles, and accessibility
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
