POSITION TITLE:Mid-Weight Designer

OFFICE:Singapore

We are seeking a highly ambitious designer who is passionate about creating elevated environments and experiences. This role is ideal for a talent with a refined design eye and exceptional technical skills in CAD and 3D modelling someone eager to grow within a high-performance creative team and contribute to world-class creative agency.

You will work closely with Rizer's global creative directors and production teams across the region to bring sophisticated concepts to life for premium clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of spatial design concepts for luxury brands and experiential environments

Translate brand DNA into compelling, refined 3D environments and physical spaces

Produce high-quality CAD drawings and detailed technical documentation for fabrication

Develop accurate 3D models and realistic renderings to clearly communicate design intent

Assist in building polished, client-facing presentation decks for design reviews

Support the production team with material selection, detailing, and technical resolution

Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and fabricators to ensure design accuracy

Assist with budgeting considerations and material sourcing aligned with design intent

Manage timelines across multiple projects with precision and accountability

Requirements

24yrs of experience in spatial design, interior design, production design, and/or experiential environments

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline

Advanced proficiency in CAD drafting and 3D modelling (Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)

Strong rendering capability (Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion or similar)

Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and spatial construction detailing

A robust understanding of luxury design and global design trends

Ability to produce clear construction drawing sets for fabrication

A refined aesthetic sensibility with an interest in luxury, culture, art, and high-end environments

Confident communicator visually and verbally who is detail-oriented, organised, and proactive

Thrives under tight timelines and fast-paced creative environments
