Design & Sustainability Manager

We are looking for a senior Design & Sustainability Manager to join Meinhardt's Strategic Business Group in Singapore. With a strong architecture background, LEED AP accreditation, and a proven track record on LEED-certified projects, you will be embedded within the project management team - driving design quality, coordinating consultants, and ensuring sustainability outcomes are delivered across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultant appointments across all project stages.

. Act as the primary interface between the client, design consultants, and Meinhardt's internal project team.

. Champion sustainability integration from concept through to completion, including green building certification (LEED, BREEAM).

. Review and comment on design deliverables, ensuring alignment with project brief, programme, and sustainability targets.

. Chair design management meetings, track design progress, and resolve coordination issues across disciplines.

. Support project leadership in managing scope, risk, and consultant performance.

Requirements

. Degree in Architecture (or related design discipline) postgraduate sustainability qualification advantageous.

. LEED AP BD+C (mandatory) Green Mark AP or BREEAM AP a plus.

. 10+ years experience in architecture / design management, with hands-on experience delivering LEED-certified projects.

. Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants on large-scale commercial, mixed-use, or institutional projects.

. Strong stakeholder management skills comfortable operating at senior management and client level.
