As part of our growing portfolio of projects, we are seeking a creative and experienced Design Project Manager to join our team and lead design and project execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts based on clients requirements and preferences

• Prepare design proposals including layout plans, mood boards, and 3D visualizations

• Meet and consult with clients to understand project objectives and budget

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Manage project timelines, costs, and quality of work

• Source suitable materials, furnishings, and finishes for projects

• Conduct site visits to supervise renovation progress

• Ensure all design works comply with relevant safety and building regulations

• Provide professional advice on space optimization and interior aesthetics

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant interior design experience

• Strong design sense with good knowledge of materials and finishes

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar tools

• Good project management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
