Support the end-to-end creative process, including concept ideation, brainstorming, design development, and execution, under the guidance of the Creative Manager and Creative Designer.
Develop, adapt, and prepare final artwork (FA) for production, including colour proofing, artwork vetting, and pre-production checks, to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and production readiness.
Contribute to product and merchandise design projects by creating visually engaging and functional designs that align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and production requirements.
Provide creative and design support to the Marketing team, including:
Product and lifestyle photography
Photo retouching and image editing
Graphic layouts and visual assets for social media, digital platforms, and marketing materials
Added advantage: Assist with basic video editing or motion content where required (e.g. social media content or simple promotional visuals)
Support ongoing projects and campaigns by handling ad-hoc design-related tasks and creative requests as required by the business.
At least a Diploma in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail with a well-developed sense of visual aesthetics.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take guidance effectively.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) basic knowledge of video editing tools is an added advantage.
