Job Description

The role
We are seeking a Design Manager to hold our projects together from concept through construction. You will run the design process across architecture, interiors, FF&E and our engineering and specialist consultants: setting the programme, coordinating the disciplines, controlling change and making sure every decision is clear, recorded and on time.
Working closely with the Principal Architect, the Managing Principal and the Project Architect, you will give our designers room to design and give our clients clear options and confident recommendations. The role suits someone who enjoys complex, multidisciplinary projects and takes pride in how well a project is run, as much as in how it looks.
You will report to the Managing Principal for programme, client matters and procurement, and work closely with the Principal Architect on design and technical matters and the Creative Director on interiors, FF&E and design narrative. The role is studio-based in Pasir Panjang, with client, consultant and site visits.
