Design Manager

We are looking for a Architecural design project manager , who can do residential interior design with hands on experience and qualifications. The residential projects we handling from landed properties and aprtments as well. The candidate able to meet the clients and their requiremnts in order to do preparing wish list, execute the design concepts , work out costs /estimates.

The role of this job opening ,includes to coordinate with on site team to control the time line / schedule and within the provided budget. Report to senior project manager and work with other deisgn staffs / site engineers as a team player.

The candidate should be flexible in working hours, as may needs to meet the clients in late hours and some time needs to work long hours.

The candidate have computer knowledge in 3D softwares / Skethup / 3D max will be an added advantage.
