Job Scope
Lead a team of design engineers in the development of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into innovative design solutions
Oversee the design process, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure the design meets performance and reliability targets
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies, materials, and components
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality components
Mentor and develop the skills of junior design engineers within the team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and development of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Proven track record of leading successful design of semiconductor equipment.
Proficient in the use of CAD software and design simulation tools
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry regulations
