Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities to plan, execute, and deliver product design solutions that meet business objectives
- Provide comprehensive customer support throughout product development and realization phases to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes
- Conduct detailed cost studies on machining and project works to optimize budget and resource allocation
- Develop and manage jigs and fixtures for machining jobs to enhance production accuracy and efficiency
- Represent the company in negotiations and communications with subcontractors to secure effective hardware support
- Enforce and monitor safe operational practices and handling procedures to maintain workplace safety standards
