- Conduct and complete simulations, including energy modeling, CFD analysis, and daylight studies.
- Actively engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to stay updated across relevant disciplines.
- Manage and deliver Green Rating certification projects across various frameworks such as Green Mark and LEED.
- Exhibit strong knowledge in environmental design, sustainability standards, building energy efficiency, daylight and shading strategies, sustainable systems, materials, waste management, and building physics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, Civil/Environmental Engineering or related design discipline
- R/Rhinoceros 3D experience is a key criteria to be suitable for the role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign)
