We are looking for a Design Engineer who can start immediately.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Design Engineer to lead civil and structural design efforts for Good Class Bungalow (GCB) and landed residential projects, delivering compliant, high-quality engineering solutions in collaboration with architects, clients, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural design for Good Class Bungalow and landed house projects to meet client specifications and regulatory standards
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, technical drawings, and submissions for authorities to secure project approvals
• Utilize AutoCAD and relevant design software to develop precise design documentation and plans
• Ensure all designs comply with Singapore's building codes and regulations to guarantee safety and quality
• Manage project tasks independently, demonstrating responsibility and proactive problem-solving
• Apply strong IT skill to support design and documentation processes
• Demonstrate passion and commitment to designing high-end residential houses that meet client expectations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working on bungalow, landed, or Good Class Bungalow projects, contributing to design and delivery excellence
