Design Engineer (Civil & Structural)

Our Client is a A1 Main Contractor handling Civil and Infrastructure projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil and structural design coordination and support project execution from design through construction
• Design and review concrete and steel structures in compliance with project and regulatory requirements
• Support project delivery to ensure timelines, cost, and quality objectives are achieved
• Prepare and evaluate tender packages, including technical submissions
• Coordinate with architects, M&E teams, and quantity surveyors to ensure smooth project integration
• Resolve site design issues and liaise with consultants and subcontractors
• Manage submissions and approvals with relevant authorities

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Experience in industrial buildings, precast structures, or long-span steel structures
• Hands-on site experience in piling, substructure, and superstructure works
• Strong coordination experience across multidisciplinary teams
• Familiar with local authority submission requirements

. Salary : up to S$7,500 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
