BIM Manager (Data Centre)
Overview
Our client is a leading organisation investing in strengthening its digital engineering capabilities across the region. As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced BIM professional to drive modelling standards, coordination, and digital delivery across mission-critical data centre projects. This role can be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement BIM standards, processes, and best practices across projects
- Lead multidisciplinary model coordination to ensure design alignment and minimise clashes
- Oversee BIM deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and data consistency
- Provide technical guidance to project teams on BIM tools, workflows, and execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable effective digital delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of emerging digital technologies
- Mentor and train team members to enhance BIM capabilities across the organisation
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
- 8-10 years of relevant BIM experience, ideally within data centre or mission-critical environments
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard BIM and coordination platforms
- Solid understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination and project workflows
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
