Assist the Design Manager in supervising architectural works to ensure compliance with design standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate and review all design matters with LTA, relevant authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.
Oversee and control design deliverables, including BIM models, technical documentation, contractual submissions, and cost-related design matters.
Plan, manage, and monitor the progress and scheduling of architectural works.
Manage drawing submission schedules in line with project timelines and construction progress.
Review subcontractor's shop drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance progress.
Support design-related problem-solving and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with Degree
At least 3 years of experience in the design of Architectural works for LTA MRT projects
