Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design ACMV systems including chilled water, DX, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
Perform cooling load calculations and equipment sizing (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, fans, ducts, and piping).
Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, technical submissions, and specifications using AutoCAD/Revit.
Carry out value engineering to optimize system performance, constructability, energy efficiency, and project costs without compromising quality or compliance.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and other disciplines to resolve design issues.
Review shop drawings, material submissions, and provide technical support during construction.
Attend site inspections and support testing & commissioning.
Ensure compliance with BCA, SS, ASHRAE, and Green Mark requirements.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimally 3 years of ACMV design experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD Revit/BIM and HAP experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of ACMV design standards, value engineering principles, and coordination skills
