Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Design-cum-Project Director with strong AI knowledge and a proven track record of delivering high-end luxury brand projects as well as commercial and industrial developments. The ideal candidate will drive creative direction, manage complex multi-disciplinary projects, and integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance design quality, efficiency, and project outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Industrial Design, Project Management.

(Master's degree preferred.)

. Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including:

. Extensive work with luxury brand environments (retail boutiques, flagship stores, hospitality, premium products, etc.).

. Strong experience in commercial/industrial design and project delivery.

. Leadership of multi-stakeholder, high-value projects.

. Exposure to or active use of AI-based design and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead creative direction and design strategies for luxury, commercial, and industrial projects.

. Oversee full project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring brand alignment and technical feasibility.

. Integrate AI tools into design development, visualization, forecasting, scheduling, and quality assurance.

. Manage cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, contractors, and external consultants.

. Translate luxury brand identity into architectural, interior, and experiential design elements.

. Ensure compliance with safety, building standards, and brand guidelines.

. Optimize workflows using data-driven and AI-supported methodologies for cost control and risk mitigation.

. Liaise with high-end clients, stakeholders, and global brand representatives.

. Prepare executive-level presentations, design packages, and project reports.

. Maintain knowledge of luxury market trends and emerging AI and digital design technologies.

Required Skills

. Strong background in luxury brand design (retail, hospitality, luxury product spaces).

. Experience with commercial/industrial project environments.

. Knowledge of AI tools used in:

. Concept generation (e.g., generative design, AI visualization tools)

. Predictive scheduling and risk analysis

. Automated costing and value engineering

. Digital twins or AI-driven BIM

. Mastery of design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Figma, Adobe Suite).

. Proficiency in project management systems (Jira, MS Project, Asana).

. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

. Ability to balance creativity with technical and commercial constraints.

. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, luxury detailing, and industrial compliance standards.

Preferred Additional Skills

. Certifications: PMP, Prince2, Agile, LEED, or equivalent.

. Experience working with global luxury brands or multinational industrial clients.

. Familiarity with supply-chain automation and smart manufacturing concepts.

. Knowledge of sustainability design principles and advanced material technologies.
