• Collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver documentation within agreed timelines
• Provide specialist expertise across securities financing documentation

What you'll bring

• 4+ years PQE in banking, finance or derivatives law
• Proven experience negotiating GMSLA agreements
• Strong understanding of securities lending and related documentation
• Independent right to work in Singapore
