  • Assist the Project Director in overseeing the overall planning, coordination and execution of construction projects to ensure delivery in accordance with project schedule, budget and quality standards.

  • Lead and manage project teams including project managers, engineers, coordinators and site personnel to ensure efficient project implementation and productivity.

  • Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to resolve technical, operational and construction-related matters.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures to ensure project milestones are achieved.

  • Oversee contract administration, including cost control, variation management, procurement coordination and compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Ensure all construction activities comply with workplace safety regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements.

  • Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants and stakeholders to review project performance and resolve project issues.

  • Support the Project Director in strategic planning, resource allocation and project reporting to senior management.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to maintain high standards of project delivery and operational excellence.

  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting and project governance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

    • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in construction projects with at least 5 years in senior management or project leadership roles.

    • Proven experience in managing large-scale building, infrastructure or EPC projects.

    • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management practices and contract administration.

    • Familiar with Singapore construction regulations, including BCA, MOM, WSH and relevant authority requirements.

    • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams effectively.

    • Experience in managing project cost, programme, risk and quality control.

    • Professional certifications such as PE, PMP or equivalent will be an advantage.

    • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to drive project delivery under tight schedules.
