Assist the Project Director in overseeing the overall planning, coordination and execution of construction projects to ensure delivery in accordance with project schedule, budget and quality standards.
Lead and manage project teams including project managers, engineers, coordinators and site personnel to ensure efficient project implementation and productivity.
Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to resolve technical, operational and construction-related matters.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Oversee contract administration, including cost control, variation management, procurement coordination and compliance with contractual obligations.
Ensure all construction activities comply with workplace safety regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements.
Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants and stakeholders to review project performance and resolve project issues.
Support the Project Director in strategic planning, resource allocation and project reporting to senior management.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to maintain high standards of project delivery and operational excellence.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting and project governance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
Minimum 15-20 years of experience in construction projects with at least 5 years in senior management or project leadership roles.
Proven experience in managing large-scale building, infrastructure or EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management practices and contract administration.
Familiar with Singapore construction regulations, including BCA, MOM, WSH and relevant authority requirements.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams effectively.
Experience in managing project cost, programme, risk and quality control.
Professional certifications such as PE, PMP or equivalent will be an advantage.
Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to drive project delivery under tight schedules.
