Deputy Project Director

Job Description

• Liaising with the authorities, the client and the consultants on project progress
• Oversee hospital projects to ensure good site safety, progress, quality, cost and budget controls.
• Provide support to the Project Managers to effectively manage the site teams
• Familiar with the project cycle from commencement to handing over procedures with the authorities.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management / Building or its equivalent
• Minimum 10 years working experience in construction industry
• Preferably with experience in managing hospital projects as Deputy Project Director
• Strong communication skill with the relevant authorities, the client and the consultants
• Strong leadership in managing project teams
• Able to work as team player as well as function as team leader
