- Ensure the smooth set up and eventual daily operations of the centre and putting in place an effective and efficient system to manage procedures and patients.
- Responsible and accountable for the documentation of all procedures/processes and ensure that they are in line with MOH/RTAC directives and requirements for all relevant licenses, as well as any Company's SOP
- Plan and manage overall staff roster, inventory levels, and upkeep of equipment, according to expected patient turnout, to ensure sufficient manpower, supplies and services for each day's operations.
- Implement an effective appointment management system and monitor performance.
- Ensure that the department adheres to all internal controls and standard procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of clinical and service quality and attend to customer feedback and complaints promptly and completely, assisting with IVF and other fertility-related procedures. Report on corrective and preventive actions.
- Train and mentor junior nurses, providing guidance and support to their clinical skills and professional development
- Provide feedback about the purchase of products and services supplied by vendors to assist in vendor evaluations.
- Work with the staff to facilitate patient appointments and enquiries and ensure smooth patient flow during their visit to the centre.
Requirements:
- Atleast 3 years of Fertility Nursing experience
- Experience in RTAC Accreditation and MOH audits will be advantageous
- Immediate starter is preferred
