We are looking for a Deputy Manager for our Ship Management Department, with requirements and responsibilities as follows :
Requirements
- Graduate with a maritime related degree or diploma.
- 5-10 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong willingness to gain in-depth knowledge of shipping and shipowners.
- Strong motivation to build a long-term career with our company and grow within the organization.
- Team player with good interpersonal & analytical skills
Responsibilies :
- Working with our clients to ensure that all our vessels meet the customers operational requirements.
- Working with our Operation Department, Accounts Department, and Appointed Shipmanagers on day to day basis to ensure efficient and safe operations of the Fleet
- Planning and supervising dry-docking of vessels
- Monitoring and ensuring vessels and equipment are properly maintained in accordance with all marine rules and regulations
- Providing technical advice in operational matters to support decision making
Our working hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri, but 24/7 for this role is expected.
