About the Role

Join us as Deputy Manager, Middle Office - Business Solutioning at AIA Investment Management!

This is a permanent role within Middle Office team, primarily focus on database maintenance, preparation of periodic client reports, regulatory reporting and addressing ad-hoc queries.

Responsibilities

As a team member of the Middle Office team, his/her key responsibilities include, but not limited to the following

• Prepare periodic reports for various stakeholders (including regulatory surveys)
• Maintain accounts and mandate database
• Communicate changes in reporting requirements to outsourced service provider
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in current work processes
• Handle adhoc requests

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with minimum of 3-5 years working experience, with experience in the management or client reporting space
• Proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools (eg. Excel, Power BI, Databricks - SQL Editor and Python)
• Experience with Aladdin Explore/ View and eFront is preferred
• Positive attitude with receptiveness to changing reporting landscape
• Independent self-starter who takes initiative to improve existing process
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
