Purpose
The role covers a broad range of HR activities primarily organisation development (OD) and HR Excellence. Acting as an in-house OD specialist, the role is involved in the effective design, development and on-time delivery/implementation of OD/HR Excellence initiatives/solutions to the business.
Accountabilities
Organisation Development & Culture
- Review present practices and design organisational development tools, interventions and solutions to support business, workforce and cultural transformation across the PSA Group.
- In consultation with Group Head of HR and AVP (Group HR), define, develop, implement and sustain the FISH! and Global OD Movement strategies for leaders and employees across the Group.
- Partner with regional HR teams and business units globally to cascade OD and culture-building initiatives, support organisational diagnostics, and co-develop interventions to address business and workforce needs.
- Formulate, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD and culture-building initiatives, including FISH! campaigns and other employee engagement programmes.
- Assist AVP (Group HR) in organising and administering the Group-wide Employee Opinion Poll (EOP) and other employee listening initiatives.
- Design and support change management plans for HR and organisational transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption activities.
- Deliver instructor-led training and facilitate OD, culture-building, leadership and team effectiveness programmes.
- Plane and execute OD workshops, webinars, teambuilding activities and other signature employee engagement initiatives.
- Keep abreast of OD, culture and workforce trends across the PSA Group and share relevant insights and best practices.
HR Excellence
- Support the development and implementation of HR Excellence frameworks, processes and initiatives to enhance HR effectiveness and employee experience across the Group.
- Drive integration and alignment of HR initiatives and practices across regions and business units to support a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
- Support HR digitalisation efforts, including the adoption of AI tools and technologies, to improve HR efficiency, productivity and decision-making.
- Partner stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow simplification and automation across HR practices.
- Support the development of HR analytics, dashboards and insights to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Research and recommend emerging HR best practices, technologies and innovations to strengthen the Group's HR capabilities.
Others
- Source, evaluate and manage external consultants, trainers and vendors, including participation in procurement, contract management and vendor performance evaluation activities.
- Develop HR branding and communication materials, including media write-ups, Global Clips, Annual Report inputs, EDMs, newsletters, videos, intranet content and other employee communications.
- Maintain oversight of FISH! nominations and related systems.
- Participate in the organisation of Corporate Centre employee engagement and employee relations activities.
- Handle presentations to visitors and external stakeholders, including overseas ports, employer and worker unions, and partner organisations.
- Conduct orientation programmes for new hires on a rotational basis.
- Assist in other HR and administrative functions as assigned.
- A good degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in OD or in the field of training including course design, development and adult education/learning styles.
- Working knowledge of current and emerging OD / training tools and learning aids.
- Displays strong learning agility as well as a confident, mature and pleasant disposition
