Organise and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system commissioning for new and enhanced applications.
Collect, analyse, and consolidate system issues and business requirements to Head Office, and follow through on implementation.
Manage system users, access rights, and permissions in accordance with internal controls.
Implement information security policies and regulatory requirements issued by authorities and Head Office.
Develop and maintain branch-level network and information security procedures.
Oversee branch network security and data security management.
Perform daily operation and maintenance of branch systems.
Coordinate system troubleshooting, upgrades, and vendor support.
Plan and conduct Disaster Recovery drill for the branch, support penetration testing and attack simulation activities to enhance proactive defense capabilities.
Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years experience in network security, data protection, application management and system operations.
Solid understanding of banking products and core banking systems, and their associated security risks.
Familiarity with UAT processes, access management, and system change management.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to prepare reports in Chinese and liaise with Mandarin-speaking Head Office stakeholders on operational and system matters.
Ability to work under pressure of meeting deadlines
