Job Description

Job summary:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HRIS professional to join our HRIS team. This role will initially focus on supporting the global payroll system rollout, while also managing SuccessFactors BAU support, reporting, change requests and system enhancements.

The successful candidate will act as the HRIS lead for system projects and enhancements, working closely with HR stakeholders, external vendors, IT and local HR teams to ensure smooth implementation, user adoption and ongoing system support.

Responsibilities:

HRIS Lead for Global Payroll Project

  • Act as the HRIS lead for the global payroll implementation project, working closely with the global project team, external payroll vendor and SuccessFactors AMS vendor, IT and local HR teams.
  • Drive HRIS workstream delivery across key project phases, including API integration, data preparation, UAT, training, change management, go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Support vendor-led requirement gathering by assessing payroll requirements that may impact SuccessFactors, identifying required system enhancements, and supporting field mapping between SuccessFactors and the external payroll system.
  • Work with vendors on integration testing, issue resolution and validation of employee data flow between SuccessFactors and the global payroll system.
  • Guide local HR teams on required data updates in iHR and support data loading activities to ensure payroll readiness.
  • Prepare user guides and training materials, and conduct training sessions for HR users.
  • Track project issues, risks and action items, and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely closure.

SuccessFactors Module Support and Advisory

  • Act as the HRIS point of contact for SuccessFactors modules and advise COEs, HRBPs and local HR teams on system functionality, process flows and best practices.
  • Support SuccessFactors modules at a global level, ensuring alignment with global processes and system governance.
  • Review requirements and recommend feasible solutions based on SuccessFactors standards, HR best practices and existing system design.
  • Assess impact of changes on HR processes, data, integrations, reporting, permissions and user experience.
  • Create and support SuccessFactors reports for HR operations, data validation, project tracking and management reporting.
  • Own HRIS change requests from requirement clarification, impact assessment, UAT coordination, go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate with SF AMS vendor on solution design, configuration, testing, issue resolution and deployment.
  • Manage day-to-day SuccessFactors BAU support, including user queries, issue investigation, data validation, reporting and coordination with SF AMS vendor.
  • Manage SuccessFactors release activities by reviewing release updates, conducting impact assessment and testing, and recommending relevant enhancements for rollout in SuccessFactors.

HRIS Projects and Process Improvement

  • Support HRIS team in HR system rollouts, automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Explore and apply AI tools, Power Automate or other automation solutions to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support better governance around system changes, access control, data quality and process standardization.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business or related discipline.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in HRIS, HR systems implementation or HR technology support.
  • Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors is required, especially Employee Central, Succession & Development, Recruitment.
  • Experience supporting SuccessFactors in a regional or global environment, including configuration, role-based permissions, reporting and UAT support.
  • Experience creating and maintaining SuccessFactors reports for operations, data validation and management reporting.
  • Experience in payroll system implementation or HR/payroll integration will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, employee data, organization structures and system workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to work independently, manage priorities and follow up assertively.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation and user support skills.
  • Able to act as a trusted HRIS advisor by guiding stakeholders on practical, scalable solutions aligned with SuccessFactors standards, HR best practices and system governance.
  • Confident in constructively challenging requirements and recommending practical improvements.
