Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Deputy Manager to support and strengthen our Human Resources operations. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with strong expertise in recruitment, manpower planning, payroll administration, industrial relations, and ESG labor practices.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and workforce needs.
Manpower Planning
- Support organizational manpower planning and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Monitor headcount, staffing budgets, and resource allocation.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide HR insights to management.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Oversee monthly payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain employee records, leave administration, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Industrial Relations
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
- Support disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
ESG & Labor Compliance
- Support ESG initiatives related to labor standards, employee welfare, diversity, and ethical employment practices.
- Assist in preparing labor-related ESG reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Promote sustainable HR practices aligned with corporate ESG objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor'sDegree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisoryrole.
- Able tocommunicate in Mandarin inorder to liaise with Chinese associates.
- Strongknowledge of recruitment, payroll systems, labor laws, industrial relations andRBA Code of Conduct.
- Experiencein ESG reporting or sustainability-related HR practices is an advantage.
- Excellentinterpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
