We are partnering with one of Asia's largest and most established financial institutions, a global banking group with a strong footprint across key financial hubs including Singapore. They are currently searching for an experience Finance professional to support in regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily computation of MAS regulatory ratios and ensure timely regulatory notifications.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly regulatory returns to MAS.
- Address regulatory queries and conduct variance analysis where required.
- Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
- Evaluate the accounting impact of new products, complex transactions, and changes in business structures or arrangements.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance finance-related internal control frameworks and procedures.
- Undertake additional duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, Chartered Accountant).
- At least 3 years of relevant finance experience within a bank, financial institution, or accounting firm.
- Strong understanding of MAS regulatory reporting requirements and financial reporting standards.
- Good working knowledge of internal control frameworks and finance operational processes.
