Responsible for full set financials relating to a few KIT directly owned assets in Singapore
Review some of KIT's portfolio assets for monthly, quarterly and annual management results
Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory & regulatory requirements
Support manager to work with some local and overseas subgroup finance teams to ensureadequate and timely financial and management reporting to the Group
Timely preparation of budgets and forecasts for some of KIT's portfolio assets
Maintain and review financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance within the Group
Support manager to manage the internal and external audit processes and ensure timelyclosure of all audit findings
Support manager on asset level Audit Committee and Board Meetings when require
Work with manager and company secretaries to prepare various subgroup Board meetingsand resolutions
Liaise with other business stakeholders including portfolio management and optimisation managers, corporate finance and tax advisors
Any other adhoc projects or duties as assigned, e.g. M&A due diligence review, etc
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant work and accounting experience
Analytical, resourceful & possesses good problem-solving capability.
Self-motivated, meticulous, hands-on, able to work independently and proactive team player
