Job Description

The Deputy/Key Account Director, to support and drive the growth of strategic global enterprise accounts while actively contributing to new logo acquisition across international markets.

This role works closely with the VP, Commercial to manage complex global accounts and expand our enterprise footprint. The job is a hands-on role in both account stewardship and farming, balancing relationship management with proactive business development.

Key Responsibilities

Global Key Account Support & Management

  • Support the VP in managing a portfolio of global strategic enterprise accounts, acting as a key commercial contact across regions.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior stakeholders within global client organizations.
  • Assist in developing and executing global account strategies, including expansion, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery, commercial, and operations teams to ensure consistent execution and service quality across markets.
  • Help manage client expectations, identify risks and opportunities, and support escalation handling when required.

Commercial & Strategic Contribution (Farming)

  • Contribute to revenue targets and growth for existing global accounts
  • Provide input into go-to-market and account strategies for global enterprise clients.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline reporting, and commercial analysis for senior management.
  • Represent Mentor Media professionally in client meetings, negotiations, and industry interactions

New Logo Acquisition (Hunting)

  • Actively identify and pursue new global and regional enterprise clients aligned with organization growth strategy.
  • Support and lead parts of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities, with a focus on complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Leverage industry knowledge, market intelligence, and networks to open doors and generate new opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Business or other relveant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years in Supply Chain Value Add services in program management and/or business development.
  • Strong support and growth of global strategic accounts through effective partnership and execution.
  • Meaningful contribution to new enterprise logo wins and pipeline development.
  • High client satisfaction and long-term account retention.
  • Comprehend customer needs to design suitable solutions.
  • Good leader in forming cross function team to support projects.
  • Good negotiator and ability to convert opportunities.
