Job Description

The Deputy Head of the School Administration oversees the team running the operations of the School according to EduTrust and WSQ standards and requirements. He/She is in charge of making sure all programmes are efficiently run and that the School continues to have healthy enrollment. The Deputy Head is also responsible in managing the top and bottom line of the school, ensuring that it is sustainable.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Manage the School according to EduTrust & WSQ processes and standards (Compliance)
  • Work with the Communications Team to develop a marketing and communications strategy
  • Ensure a healthy School enrolment and meet enrolment KPIs for courses and workshops
  • Manage the budget of the School to ensure operational sustainability
  • Continuously manage processes within the School to make sure it is run efficiently
  • Develop strategic direction of the School with the Executive Director
  • Oversee the management of any student disciplinary issues that might arise from the School
  • Discuss and review current courses with the Executive Director and Deputy Director that are being offered by the School and propose different programmes or how existing programs can be run differently.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in EduTrust requirements, with proven ability to ensure institutional compliance and drive continuous quality improvement
  • Strategic academic leadership, including ownership of programme design, course management, and curriculum innovation
  • Advanced financial and budgetary stewardship, ensuring long-term operational sustainability and resource optimisation
  • Proven capacity to shape and execute institutional strategic plans, in partnership with senior leadership and governing bodies
  • Proven track record in enrolment strategies, driving growth, engagement, and KPI achievement
  • Demonstrated excellence in leading teams, streamlining operations, and enhancing organisational effectiveness
  • Exemplary professionalism, ethics, and strategic judgement, with a solution-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Forward-looking and agile, able to anticipate and respond proactively to emerging education trends, regulatory changes, and organisational priorities.
