Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee AML/KYC framework, including review and approval of complex HNW cases
- Manage regulatory compliance matters in line with MAS requirements
- Prepare and support regulatory and group reporting
- Provide compliance advisory to business and operations teams
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including participation in board-related matters
- Handle day-to-day compliance operations, including issue resolution and guidance to the team
- Support development and enhancement of policies, procedures, and internal controls
Requirements:
- Prior experience in life insurance compliance is required
- Strong AML/KYC background, ideally with exposure to HNW clients
- Experience in regulatory compliance and reporting
- Hands-on, able to operate effectively in a lean team environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Resilient and able to manage pushback from business and external parties

Seeking an experienced compliance professional with strong AML/KYC background within life insurance, ideally with exposure to HNW clients.
This role requires a hands-on individual with experience in case review, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder management across business and operations. Exposure to broader regulatory compliance (e.g. MAS requirements, advisory, PDPA) will be advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced environment are essential.
