Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee AML/KYC framework, including review and approval of complex HNW cases
  • Manage regulatory compliance matters in line with MAS requirements
  • Prepare and support regulatory and group reporting
  • Provide compliance advisory to business and operations teams
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including participation in board-related matters
  • Handle day-to-day compliance operations, including issue resolution and guidance to the team
  • Support development and enhancement of policies, procedures, and internal controls

Requirements

  • Prior experience in life insurance compliance is required
  • Strong AML/KYC background, ideally with exposure to HNW clients
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and reporting
  • Hands-on, able to operate effectively in a lean team environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Resilient and able to manage pushback from business and external parties
