Job Summary:
Lead and drive sales growth for Ethical and OTC pharmaceutical businesses while managing overall operations and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for Ethical and OTC pharmaceutical businesses
- Manage and monitor sales performance, implementing improvement measures
- Oversee daily operations across sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and HR
- Ensure effective coordination and collaboration among team members
- Support budgeting, cost control, and profitability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
- Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong background in sales and business management
- Experience in generic pharmaceutical business is an added advantage
- Willingness to work hands-on in a small team environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
