We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to manage teams and operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overall business planning and operations
Oversee daily management across departments to ensure efficiency and performance
Support strategy development and execution to achieve company goals
Manage and coordinate teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements
Represent the company in internal and external meetings when required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2-8 years of management experience, preferably in a similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
