1.Bachelor's degree or above in Architectural Engineering, Engineering Management, or related fields.
2.Extensive senior management experience in the construction industry, with comprehensive familiarity with the entire industry workflow.
3.Outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, and execution capabilities.
4.Excellent communication and coordination skills, business negotiation abilities, and resource integration competence.
5.Possession of a senior professional title or qualification is preferred.
6.Strong professional ethics and the ability to work under pressure.
7. Fluent in English and Chinese.
I. Strategic Planning and Execution
- Assist the General Manager in formulating the company's medium- and long-term development strategies, annual business plans, and objectives, and drive their decomposition and implementation.
- Analyze market trends, industry policies, and the competitive landscape to provide recommendations for strategic adjustments and major decision-making.
- Monitor the execution of company strategies and plans to ensure alignment between departmental objectives and the overall corporate strategy.
II. Business Management and Development
- Assume overall responsibility for the daily operational management of assigned areas (such as market operations, project management, cost control, safety production, technical quality, etc., with specific divisions based on company arrangements), ensuring the achievement of annual business targets.
- Lead or participate in bidding decisions, contract negotiations, and finalization for major projects to enhance the company's market share.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and government entities to establish a robust external resource network.
- Optimize the company's business structure and drive business innovation and transformation (e.g., EPC, green building, smart construction, etc.).
III. Project Production and Safety Management
- Supervise and guide the progress, quality, cost, safety, and civilized construction of all ongoing projects to ensure contract compliance.
- Establish and improve project management systems and processes, promote standardized and refined management, and enhance project profitability.
- As one of the company's key persons responsible for safety production, implement the safety production accountability system to prevent major safety incidents.
- Coordinate and resolve significant issues and emergent crises during the execution of major projects.
IV. Cost Control and Financial Management
- Participate in the company's comprehensive budget management, monitor costs and expenses in assigned areas, and ensure the achievement of cost control targets.
- Review budgets, settlements, and procurement plans for major projects to improve project economic efficiency.
- Assist the General Manager in financial analysis, fund planning, and risk management to ensure the company's financial health.
V. Team Building and Internal Management
- Oversee team building, talent development, and performance evaluation for assigned departments or business units, fostering an efficient and professional team.
- Drive the development of the company's management system, optimizing organizational structure, management policies, and business processes.
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration, cultivate a positive corporate culture, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
VI. Technical Quality and Innovation
- Advance the company's technological innovation, process improvement, and quality management system development to enhance core competitiveness.
- Organize evaluations of major technical proposals and construction organization designs to ensure technological leadership and reliable quality.
- Stay informed about industry advancements in new technologies, materials, and processes, and drive the company's technological innovation and (achievement transformation).
VII. Fulfillment of Other Duties Assigned by the Company
- Represent the company in significant external events or handle related matters as authorized by the General Manager.
- Assume some or all of the General Manager's responsibilities during their absence or inability to perform duties, as authorized.
- Complete other important tasks assigned by the Board of Directors or the General Manager.
