Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality client service and operational efficiency across all regions, including overseas markets (e.g., Malaysia, Philippines, Algeria etc).
Implement processes to improve productivity, monitor performance, and recommend continuous improvements.
Develop strategies for market expansion, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, resource allocation, and support cost control initiatives to maintain profitability.
Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve company goals while fostering a positive, collaborative work culture.
Contribute to strategic decision-making and risk management, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls.
Serve as a liaison between leadership and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and consistent messaging across all channels.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documents to track progress and ensure alignment with company objectives and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field ( A Master's degree is an advantage).
8-10 years of senior management or leadership experience in consultancy or a related industry.
Proven expertise in team management, business development, financial management, and strategic decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and meeting company objectives.
Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
