A. Key Functional Areas and Responsibilities
1.Strategic and Operational Leadership
- Partner with the CEO to design and implement multi-year strategies for service growth and impact measurement
- Oversee all operational and administrative functions - including HR, finance, partnerships, and communications
- Act as second-in-command, deputising for the CEO as needed
2. Partnerships and Sector Engagement
- Strengthen partnerships with social service agencies, healthcare institutions, communitypartners, and corporate CSR teams
- Build and sustain relationships with funders, institutional donors, and policymakers
- Coordinate cross-sector projects and represent the charity in sector working groups oradvocacy initiative
3. Fundraising and Donor Engagement
- Lead donor cultivation and relationship management for individual, corporate, andfoundation supporters
- Oversee grants management, from proposal development to reporting and impact communication
- Identify new revenue opportunities, including social enterprise or fee-for-service initiatives
4. Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- Support the CEO and Board in ensuring full compliance with the Charities Act, IPC requirements, andthe Code of Governance
- Develop internal policies, risk management frameworks, and reporting systems
- Coordinate preparation of board papers, audits, and annual reporting cycles
5. Brand, Communications, and Media
- Oversee the charity's public profile and media engagement, ensuring consistent, values-basedmessaging
- Guide thought leadership projects such as research showcases or sector collaborations
- Supervise brand, design, social media, and internal communications teams
6. Organisational Capabilities and Team Development
- Strengthen internal systems in HR, finance, and project management to support future scaling
- Coach team leads in donor stewardship, partnership building, and data-driven programme reporting
- Foster a culture of collaboration and cross-disciplinary learning between clinical and non-clinical teams

C. Preferred Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree / Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration, or relatedfield is highly preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in a senior leadership position with a demonstrated track record of achieving organizational results and managing fiscal goals. A proven track record workingin, or volunteering with, the Singapore social service sector would be an advantage
- Exceptional strategic planning, analytical skills, decision-making, and communication abilities
- Ability to lead teams, manage organizational change and maintain good stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of corporate functions, including finance, human resources, compliance, and fundraising
