About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead and grow a prestigious Executive Education portfolio across Southeast Asia. This role combines strategic business development, programme leadership, and regional partnership management. The successful candidate will strengthen the organisation's presence through high-impact learning programmes for corporates, governments, and professionals, while driving revenue growth and fostering client satisfaction.
This position is ideal for a strategic hunter with strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of executive education, and a passion for lifelong learning. There is also a long-term opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional business development initiatives to expand Executive Education presence.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate, government, and institutional partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, meeting revenue and performance targets.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to shape strategic planning and programme development.
- Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of executive education and micro-credential programmes.
- Collaborate with faculty and learning designers to create industry-relevant, academically rigorous programmes.
- Ensure high-quality programme delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
- Champion innovative delivery models, including blended and digital learning.
- Build and sustain relationships with senior corporate executives, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Conduct needs analyses with clients to co-create customised learning solutions.
- Represent the organisation at regional events, conferences, and forums.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the Executive Education team.
- Partner with faculty, marketing, and administrative units to align programmes with organisational goals.
- Foster a high-performance, client-centric, collaborative culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required Master's in Business, Education, or related field preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in executive education, corporate training, or business development.
- Proven track record in securing new business, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Deep understanding of adult learning, micro-credentials, and lifelong learning ecosystems in Southeast Asia.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Regional exposure and cross-cultural experience in Southeast Asia.
