- Established markets: Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines
- Strategic growth markets: Korea, Japan, Mongolia, Malaysia, China, Thailand
Strategic Enrolment Leadership
- Own and deliver intake-wise and market-wise student enrolment targets aligned with institutional growth objectives.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that balance volume, quality and geographic diversity of the student cohort.
- Provide accurate enrolment forecasting and strategic input to senior leadership.
Market Development & Partnerships
- Build and deepen relationships with high-quality schools, counsellors, agents and institutional partners.
- Expand the institution's presence in priority markets through selective, high-impact initiatives.
- Evaluate market performance and make informed decisions on expansion, consolidation or exit.
Agent & Channel Governance
- Appoint, manage and govern a curated network of authorised recruitment partners.
- Set clear expectations around enrolment quality, ethics, compliance and performance outcomes.
- Review partner performance regularly and take decisive action where standards or targets are not met.
Recruitment Execution & Conversion Excellenc
- Lead high-quality recruitment engagements including information sessions, school visits, fairs and on-campus events.
- Drive disciplined funnel management to maximise application-to-enrolment conversion and yield.
Performance, Analytics & Financial Discipline
- Monitor enrolment performance, conversion metrics and channel ROI on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure efficient deployment of budgets in line with enrolment outcomes and institutional priorities.
- Identify risks to enrolment targets early and implement structured mitigation plans.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead and develop the student recruitment team with a focus on professionalism, accountability and results.
- Foster strong collaboration with marketing, admissions, academics and senior leadership.
- Represent the institution with credibility and authority in external forums and high-level engagements.
Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake international travel to support strategic recruitment priorities.
- Perform other duties aligned with the seniority, responsibility and standards of a premier business school.
