. Hire, Lead and Mentor a team of software engineering managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

. Partner with Product and UX heads to define long-term technical roadmaps and product visions for a diverse portfolio.

. Drive the engineering strategy, setting high standards for technical excellence and operational impact.

. Establish best practices and modern tooling to maximize the effectiveness and culture of the engineering organization.

. Navigate complex technical challenges, including high-availability systems, rigorous security standards, and legacy integration.

skills and requirement

. Min 10 years of experience leading a team of developers

. Open to any modern tech stack in backend and frontend. Backend example: Java, Python, Golang, NodeJS. Frontend example: ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS

. Experience working in tech product based companies are preferred.

. Experience in implementing good engineering practices. Strong in system design, product mindset, 0 to 1, and stakeholder management
