The Deputy Director, Investigations will lead the University's newly established Specialist Investigations Unit, responsible for managing university-wide investigations into alleged staff and student misconduct. Operating with functional independence to ensure objectivity, the successful candidate will safeguard compliance, uphold procedural fairness, and deliver timely resolution of sensitive matters. This role is critical in protecting the integrity and reputation of the University, while mitigating risks related to financial crime (e.g., fraud), regulatory compliance, and reputational exposure.
The position requires deep expertise in governance frameworks, applicable laws, and the University's statutes and policies.
