EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Land Transport Authority, is Singapore's leading EV charging solutions provider. We play a key role in supporting Singapore's transition to sustainable transport by managing the nationwide deployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and coordinating electrical upgrades across public carparks islandwide.
We are looking for a strong and versatile leader to join us as Deputy Director, Corporate Services. You will oversee the organisation's corporate planning & governance, marketing & communications, and finance functions, and play a critical role in ensuring organisational excellence, strong governance, and long-term sustainability.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, and public sector governance, while contributing to a national-level infrastructure initiative.
Lead corporate planning cycles, including KPI development, performance tracking, and organisational reporting
Ensure strong alignment between corporate strategy and operational plans across business units
Oversee enterprise risk management, procurement frameworks, and business continuity planning
Support senior management and Board governance processes, including reporting and corporate secretarial matters
Plan and organise corporate retreats, strategy workshops, and management engagements
Drive consistent corporate branding aligned with the organisation's mandate, vision, and values
Develop and implement integrated communications strategies to strengthen brand reputation and stakeholder confidence
Oversee internal communications, external engagement, media relations, and crisis communications
Support employee engagement initiatives and organisational messaging
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting to ensure fiscal discipline and long-term sustainability
Ensure compliance with financial policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
Drive initiatives to optimise resource allocation and improve cost efficiency
Provide financial insights to support strategic planning, investments, and business growth
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related discipline
8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership / senior management role
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into execution
Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams and corporate functions
Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
Resourceful, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior management and external partners
Experience in both public and private sector environments will be an advantage
