Serve as 2nd in Command for BMSIPO - Deputise for Director BMSIPO to represent BMSIPO where necessary at external forums as well as on matters such as governance, strategic planning, budgeting and finance, reporting, and people matters.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in healthcare and biomedical sciences or related fields, with a background in research, clinical trials, product development, technology commercialization, strategy and/or business development.
Prior experience working in a multi-national or Singapore pharmaceutical, medtech, diagnostics or biotech company
A passion and curiosity of science and technology, able to handle diverse technical topics beyond one's direct field of education and experience, and awareness of emerging fields.
Able to quickly understand, develop a point of view and architect new/emerging scientific and technology areas, intellectual property positions, translation and commercialisation strategies
