As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking a Deputy BIM Manager to support the delivery of a major LTA infrastructure project in the eastern region of Singapore.

About the Job

Reporting to the BIM Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation across a major rail project. You will work closely with project management teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure BIM requirements are effectively implemented throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the BIM Manager in planning, implementing, and overseeing BIM execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM teams, including architectural, civil, structural, MEP, and specialist subcontractors.

Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP), workflows, standards, and project-specific BIM protocols.

Manage BIM deliverables submission to ensure compliance with client, consultant, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings with relevant stakeholders.

Monitor BIM modelling progress and ensure timely submission of coordinated models.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on BIM-related matters.

Review and validate BIM models for design coordination, constructability, and project requirements.

Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities regarding BIM implementation and digital delivery requirements.

Drive best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in BIM processes and digital construction technologies.

Mentor and develop BIM coordinators, BIM engineers, and modelers within the project team.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related disciplines.

Minimum 8 years of BIM-related experience within the construction industry.

At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory BIM role on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and digital delivery processes in Singapore.

Hands-on experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud and related BIM platforms.

Familiar with LTA BIM requirements and infrastructure project delivery would be an advantage.

Strong experience in multidisciplinary coordination involving architectural, structural, civil, and MEP works.

Good understanding of construction methodologies, project coordination, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment and meet project milestones.
