DEPLOYMENT MANAGER (KIOSK/VENDING MACHINE)

Deployment Management

• Oversee the full lifecycle of Terminal deployment-from site survey and lease finalization to installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, legal, finance) to ensure all deployment requirements are met.
• Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and landlords to secure site approvals and meet project deadlines.
• Manage inventory of deployment equipment and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and setup.
• Lead training and onboarding programs for new field staff to ensure quality service standards.
• Monitor and optimize service schedules, response times, and incident resolution to meet SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, including SOP development and system enhancements
• Work with internal IT/Product teams to propose and test improvements to deployment tools and data tracking systems.
• Prepare and present regular reports on deployment progress, service metrics, and operational KPIs to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of leases, agreements, and operational workflows for audit readiness.
